In a program undertaken by Pipedrive.com recently, they surveyed their customers who use their CRM system. 70,000 customers from 34 countries were surveyed and they discovered that South African Salespeople are the best in the world achieving 21,5% strike rate (closing ratio), followed closely by Ireland (21%), New Zealand (21%), Australia (19%),
Following that, I have surveyed some of the best salespeople in South Africa to discover why we are the best salespeople in the world and it seems that there are seven habits that all salespeople should adopt.

The Seven habits are just that; habits. Things that you will need to do every day to make a difference to your sales. The biggest mistake salespeople make when I mention these things is to say “Well, I am doing that already” but it turns out that it is something they do once a week or once a month. The world’s greatest salespeople do each of these things every single working day and the last three every single day of their lives as well.
