The following is a transcript of the last few minutes of the Virtual Training session with CureChem International. 101 Delegates from 6 countries attended the session
Anybody else want to say anything before I wind this up.

The presentation has been excellent. Richard, I think there are a lot of takeaways from this presentation, and it does give us a starting point to pool our services. I mean it totally makes us realise how far we are from achieving our goals in terms of customer service. Thank you so much for reminding us about all that. And I think you’ve managed to create all the ideas in one place. And if we start working on those ideas we will be improving customer service and having happy customers. 45 minutes once the customer enters and leaves, they must be serviced within 45 minutes, but at the moment we’re looking at probably average time of two hours, and that leads many customers to be very bitter. And as you said we believe that 96% of customers don’t complain and they don’t come back. So there is something we really need to improve. I wish we had more of such sessions in future, so that we keep reminding ourselves, there is still a long way to go.
So, now I realise importance of customer service. Maybe we should have a dedicated person who handle the customer service complaints etc. from all the countries. Level somewhere. So yes, it has been a very helpful session. So Richard this is my testimony from the bottom of my heart I thank you for this and the continued associations in future. Thanks.
